Navigate the Review Inbox

The Review Inbox consolidates reviews from every connected platform into a two-panel view so you can find and read the reviews that need your attention.

Before you start

  • Connect at least one review platform in Settings → Integrations so the inbox has data to show.

Steps

1. Open the Inbox

Click Inbox in the left sidebar. Your full review feed loads on the left; the detail panel is on the right. The header shows your total and unreplied counts.

2. Select a location (multi-location accounts)

Use the location selector in the page header to scope to one location or keep All Locations for the combined feed. Switching locations clears all active filters automatically.

3. Open the Filters panel

Click Filters in the toolbar. Five sections appear — Sentiment, Status, Platform, Date Range, and Urgency — each using pill buttons. Select any combination; the list and result count update instantly.

Every active filter is saved to the URL, so you can share or bookmark filtered views (for example, all negative unreplied Google reviews).

4. Sort the list

Click Sort to choose an order: Newest first, Oldest first, Rating: Low → High, Rating: High → Low, Unreplied first, or Sentiment priority. The active label shows on the button.

5. Search within results

Type in the Search box. Results update after 300 ms. Matches in review text and author names are highlighted in yellow in both the list and detail panel.

6. Open a review

Click any row. It opens in the detail panel with a blue left border on the selected item. Use ↑ / ↓ to move between reviews and Escape to close the panel. On mobile, the detail panel fills the full screen — tap the back arrow to return to the list.

To remove one filter, click the on its chip below the toolbar. To remove all at once, click Clear all.

What you'll see when it's done

The toolbar shows Showing X of Y reviews. Each list item displays the author name, platform logo, rating, sentiment badge, clickable theme pills, reply status badge, and a red Overdue badge on unreplied reviews older than 30 days. The detail panel shows the full review text with any search terms highlighted.

Common issues
