Respond to any review in seconds using AI-generated replies, then post directly to Google or copy your reply to any other platform.
Before you start
- Connect at least one platform in Settings → Integrations so reviews appear in your Inbox.
- For Google direct posting, your Google Business Profile must be connected. All other platforms use the copy-and-paste flow.
Steps
1. Open a review
Go to Inbox in the sidebar. Click any review in the list to open it in the detail panel.
2. Generate a reply
Scroll to the AI Reply section in the detail panel. Click Generate AI Reply. The reply streams into the text field word by word.
If the generator is collapsed (the review already has a reply), click Generate new reply and confirm the overwrite.
3. Choose a tone
Pick one of four tones before or after generating: Friendly, Professional, Apologetic, or Playful. Your last-used tone is remembered across reviews. Switching tones after a reply is in the field prompts a confirmation — the current reply will be replaced.
4. Edit and finalize
Click inside the reply field to edit it. The character counter below updates in real time: green means you're within the platform limit, orange is above 80%, and red means you're over the limit and need to shorten the reply before posting. Limits: Google 5,000 · Yelp 160 · TripAdvisor 300 · Facebook 400 · OpenTable 200 · DoorDash 400.
To try a different version, click Regenerate. The previous reply moves into Variation history — click Show variation history to view up to 5 past versions and restore any one.
5. Post or copy your reply
Posting to Google
Click Publish Reply. The reply posts directly to Google Business Profile, a success toast confirms it, and the review is marked Posted to Google.
Copying for other platforms (Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, OpenTable, DoorDash)
Click Respond on [Platform]. A four-step modal walks you through the process:
- Copy your reply — click Copy Reply; the text copies and the modal advances.
- Switch tabs — the platform opens in a new tab. Click I switched to the tab.
- Paste your reply — paste with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V, then click I pasted the reply.
- Confirm — click Yes, I posted it to record the reply, or I'll do it later to leave the review unreplied.
The review is only marked replied after you click Yes, I posted it in step 4.
What you'll see when it's done
The Your Reply section updates with a status badge: Posted to Google means the reply is live; Saved locally — not posted to platform means it is recorded in Loops AI but not yet confirmed on the platform.
Drafts
If you navigate away before posting, your reply is saved automatically. When you return, a Draft from earlier banner offers Restore or Discard. Drafts persist per review until you post or discard them.
