Triage Reviews

Triage mode steps you through every unreplied review one at a time so you can clear your reply queue without losing your place.

When to use triage mode

Use triage mode when you have a backlog of unreplied reviews and want to work through them systematically. Instead of scrolling a list and picking reviews manually, triage presents each one in a focused two-panel layout — review on the left, AI reply tools on the right — and advances automatically when you publish a reply.

Steps

1. Enter triage mode

In the Inbox page header, click Triage unreplied (N), where N is the current count of unreplied reviews. The button only appears when at least one unreplied review exists. On mobile, the button is labeled Triage (N).

2. Review and act

Triage opens the first unreplied review automatically. On the left you see the reviewer's name, rating, date, comment, and AI-detected theme tags. On the right, the AI Reply Generator is ready. Select a tone, click Generate AI Reply, edit the result if needed, and publish.

After you publish, triage advances to the next review automatically.

3. Navigate between reviews

If you want to skip a review without replying, click Skip for now or Next to move forward. You can also use the buttons in the reply panel footer at any time.

To navigate the full filtered list with the keyboard, press ↓ (Arrow Down) to move to the next review and ↑ (Arrow Up) to move to the previous one. Press Escape to close the detail panel (on mobile, this returns you to the list). Keyboard shortcuts are disabled while focus is in a text input or textarea.

The progress bar at the top of the left panel shows X of Y reviewed so you always know how far along you are.

4. Exit triage mode

Click Exit triage in the page header at any time to return to the standard inbox view. When you process the last unreplied review, the progress bar fills completely and the panel shows All caught up! with an Exit triage link.

What you'll see when it's done

Once the triage queue is empty the progress bar reaches 100% and the header reads All caught up! Click Exit triage to return to the full inbox.
