Control which alerts appear in your Loops dashboard so you never miss a critical review.

Navigate to notification settings

Go to Settings → Notifications in the left sidebar. Your current preferences load automatically for the active location.

Notification types

Negative review alerts

Toggle label: Negative review alerts

What it does: Shows a dashboard alert whenever a review rated 3 stars or below is posted to any connected platform for this location.

When you'll see it: The alert appears in your dashboard as soon as Loops receives the review — typically within minutes of it being posted.

Default: On

To enable or disable it, toggle Negative review alerts on or off, then click Save preferences.


Weekly digest

Toggle label: Weekly digest

What it does: Delivers a weekly summary notification inside your Loops dashboard covering new reviews, reply activity, and rating changes across all connected platforms for this location.

When you'll see it: Once per week. The digest appears in your dashboard at the start of each week.

Default: On

To enable or disable it, toggle Weekly digest on or off, then click Save preferences.


Urgent SMS alerts

Toggle label: Urgent SMS alerts

What it does: Sends an SMS to your verified phone number when a critical 1-star review is posted.

When you'll receive it: Immediately after a 1-star review is detected on any connected platform.

Default: Off

Requirements: A verified phone number must be on file before this toggle takes effect. Contact support to set up SMS delivery. Once your number is verified, turn the toggle on and click Save preferences.


What you'll see when it's done

After clicking Save preferences you'll see a "Notification preferences saved" confirmation at the bottom of the screen. Your choices take effect immediately — no page reload required.

If you set your preferences during onboarding (Step 3 — Alerts & Sync), those choices are already saved here and can be updated at any time.
