Get Started with Loops AI

Sign up, connect your business, and get your first reviews into the dashboard in about two minutes.

What Loops AI does

Loops AI pulls your reviews from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, and other platforms into one inbox, so you never have to check each site manually. It surfaces AI-generated insights about what customers are saying and sends alerts when new reviews come in. You can respond faster using AI-drafted replies — all from a single place.

Steps

1. Create your account

Go to the Loops AI sign-up page and sign in with Google or create an account with your email. After authentication you are automatically redirected to /onboarding to begin setup.

2. Review what you're about to unlock

A welcome screen greets you by name and shows a preview of the three things you'll get: all your reviews in one place, AI insights and smart alerts, and faster AI-assisted replies. Click Let's go to move into the setup steps.

3. Find your business

In the Your Business step, type your business name into the search field. Loops uses Google Places to find your listing — a preview card shows the name, address, rating, and category once you select it. Click Confirm to save this as your first location. You can add more locations from Settings → Locations after onboarding.

4. Confirm your review platforms

Loops automatically detects which review platforms your business is listed on — for example Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Facebook. The Connect Platforms step shows each detected platform with its listing URL. Confirm the platforms you want to track, or deselect any you don't need, then click Continue.

5. Set your alert preferences

In the Alerts & Sync step your email is already filled in from your account. Turn on or off the two alert types:

• Negative review alerts — notified immediately when a low-rated review is posted (on by default)
• Weekly summary digest — a weekly email with your review activity (on by default)

Click Finish setup when you're done.

6. Review your setup summary

A confirmation screen ("Before you dive in.") lists your location, connected platforms, and alert settings. Read through it, then click Go to dashboard to open your reputation dashboard.

What you'll see when it's done

Your dashboard loads with your first location active and reviews already syncing in the background. If you have more locations to add, a banner at the top of the dashboard — "Add your other locations" — will stay visible until you either add them or click I'm done adding locations to dismiss it permanently.
