Generate and Share a Pulse Report
Generate a 30-day reputation summary across all your locations and share it with anyone using a link — no login required.
What a Pulse Report includes
- Health score — composite 0–100 score (rating + response rate + sentiment) with a delta vs. the prior period
- AI narrative — four paragraphs: performance overview, what customers praised, issues requiring attention, and strategic recommendations
- Action plan — prioritized next steps with direct links to your inbox
- Platform breakdown — average rating, review count, and response rate per connected platform
- Rating distribution — star-by-star breakdown vs. the prior period
- Sentiment trend — weekly positive / neutral / negative split
- Response rate — overall rate and median response time, by platform
- Review spotlights — highest-rated and lowest-rated reviews from the period
- Theme intelligence — topics customers mention most, with rising and declining signals
- Location leaderboard — if you have more than one location, a ranked comparison by health score
Steps
1. Go to Pulse
In the left sidebar, click Pulse. If you have never generated a report, you see a "No Pulse report yet" screen.
2. Generate a report
Click Generate your first report. The button label changes to Generating… and a progress indicator appears while the report builds. Generation typically takes under a minute.
If the previous attempt failed, click Try again on the error screen.
3. Read the report
Once generation completes, the full report loads in place. Scroll through the sections or use the mobile navigation bar. Start with the AI narrative for a plain-language summary, then review the Action Plan for next steps.
Click Reply to [N] reviews → to open your inbox pre-filtered to unreplied reviews.
4. Share the report
Scroll to the Next steps card at the bottom of the report.
- Click Copy share link. The button confirms with "Copied!"
- Paste the link and send it — no Loops account is needed to view it.
Share links are valid for 90 days and open a read-only view of the report.
View past reports
Once you have more than one completed report, a dropdown appears in the report header. Select any period to load that report. A banner at the top of the page reads "Viewing an older report" — click Back to latest → to return to the most recent one.
What you'll see when it's done
The report header shows the period label, generation date, and — for multi-location accounts — the number of locations. The health score with its change vs. the prior period appears on the right. Sections that require review data show an empty state if no reviews were collected during the period.
